1750-1760 Wool Civilian Coat
The collarless neckline and wider cuffs dates this coat earlier than our Linen and Great Coats. Most appropriate for 1750s to 1760s. The front edges of this coat below the buttons extend straight down, matching the full closure design of our 1750s Waistcoat. Fully lined, featuring pleated tails in back, working pockets, and large decorative buttons down the front and on the pocket flaps. Made in a wool blend, also available in royal blue as a custom non returnable choice. We build some ease into this coat so please provide an ACTUAL chest measurement when ordering. These coat are made to generic patterns based on the chest measurement, please contact us if you need help sizing this item or if you have questions about possible sizing customizations.
