These cute little bottles are filled to the brim with kitchen pepper spice! Based on an 18th century recipe this is a blend of ginger, salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and of course nutmeg! Sealed after packaging. Choose a bottle containing 1.50 oz of spice blend and bottle measuring approximately 2" wide by 2 3/4" tall or 3 oz and measuring approximately 2 1/2" wise and 3 1/4" tall. Bottle style may vary.

So versatile and tasty!

I ordered this on a whim, mostly out of curiosity. I'll admit there was also some laziness involved as I didn't want to go through the trouble of making it myself in case I didn't like it. I am surprised how good it tastes on just about anything savory or sweet. I've used it on meats, vegetables, fruits, and even French toast. Now that I have a sense of its flavoring, when this bottle is finished, I'll make my own and tweak the ratios to my own taste. Highly recommend trying this kitchen pepper!

I seem to need more...

I'm a part of a Medieval Recreation group. Used the kitchen pepper in a Beef Stew. Now they want 5gallons more for an event.
The prefect blend that helps prove again, they didn't use these spices to cover bad meat in the middle ages. They used them because it's Delicious.

How did I live without this for so long? It adds such flavor to just about anything. Goes great in burgers too.

Worth trying

Having seen it i thought that giving it a go, would be a good idea. And having tried it with some different meats, i was not disappointed. Really worth the price, and will recommend it, as well as buying more in the future
