Great shirt

This shirt is fantastic quality, much nicer construction than some shirts I have bought elsewhere in the past, Townsends always makes products that hold up to reenactors wear and tear. Even the buttons are nicer on this shirt. Very pleased.

Great well made shirt

I got the shirt over the weekend and it looks great. Fit is perfect and it is super comfortable. Looking forward to using it with my civilian outfit. Thanks Jennifer for a great well made shirt.

Well made shirt!!!

I received this shirt as a present for Christmas two years ago. My old blue and white checked shirt completely wore out due to wear and tear. Those older model shirts were lighter weight and took a beating from sweat, sun, and being a casualty of the blasted Crown Forces!
The new ones than Townsend makes are double the cost of the old ones but are easily three times more durable. These new checked shirts should last quite a few seasons!

Great shirts

I belong to a vintage base ball club and our shirts have held up well over the past three seasons of play. Very comfortable and durable.

Nice light shirt

This is a nice light shirt. A little color is good sometimes. Not as cool as a linen shirt on hot days but good. I will use it as an undershirt on cold days when layering is called for.
