Customer Reviews
I purchased this waistcoat for my interpretation of a clergyman from the late 18th century and am very pleased with what arrived.
I made a mistake with the measurements of a previous waistcoat. The fault was clearly my own, but this firm was happy to exchange it for a new one made with the correct measurements.
The replacement waistcoat fits perfectly and looks fantastic.
Such service certainly deserves customer loyalty.
I am a happy customer.
Good color and nice material.
Measured according to provided directions as well as verifying on phone with staff. When arrived the fit was large enough that even when buttoned it could still be drawn 8" out from the chest and pulled overhead without unbuttoning.
I received my waistcoat in green linen, and even still in the box I knew it was perfect. It was a beautiful color, a marvelous texture, and it fit like a glove. (Thank goodness I can measure myself.) I know it will last for years, and it will be greatly loved. Thank you so much Townsends, and thank you so much Aimee!
What a gift it is to wear a work of art.
