Our Early 19th-Century Waistcoat with its sharp cuts and crisp lines is perfect for the 1790's to 1820's gentlemen.  This is made with flat pewter buttons and a plain front and back (no pockets, back lacing or buckled straps). Great Vest

This is a very well constructed vest. The version I ordered was made in natural linen with pewter buttons. Very happy with the quality. I ordered a size 48, and the item I received fits closer to a size 50. This isn't an issue for me, as I will undoubtedly grow into it. However. I mention it for those who may require a closer fit. Overall I am very happy. The shipping was incredibly fast. I received my items within 3 business days of placing my order.
