Great value!

It’s Osnaburg—and not very expensive. I figured, stiff and boring, but utilitarian. I *love* this apron! The fabric is actually soft. And despite being on a drawstring (instead of sewn-down pleats), it doesn’t feel heavily bunched up. (I also purchased the Osnaburg kerchief—same material—and love wearing them both. So comfortable!)
