Almost perfect fishing kit

The kit is, as described and will make a nice addition to a project I'm working on. As I mentioned in the title it's almost perfect. I would have liked more hooks as well as different sizes. The instructions print could use to be darker and there is no mention of how to attach the bobbers (which I'm sure I can figure out). The kit could also use a hank of hemp cord and a bit of beeswax. All small things that perhaps could be offered in a deluxe kit. I will add to it and make it into what I need. Thanks for getting me started.

Missing Linen fishing line

My kit arrived yesterday in a timely and fast manner. Unfortunately the kit arrived without the to hanks of linen fishing line which along with the weights is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this kit. All and all the kit is as described except for the before mentioned missing linen line. I have emailed the Townsends and will update this review if they are able to make the kit whole.

Greatest 18th Century Fishing Kit!

This is my first ever purchase on Townsends after watching their channel for years. And I am pleased to say I am extremely satisfied! This is the best 18th Century fishing kit! Very happy with my purchase!
